If he's interpreting from picture that the cop in question cares for his community and that they care for him, that would seem a sensible inference. If it's something else... well, that'd just be sad, as well as all too common in today's supposedly inclusive, anti-racist culture.

It appears that the hijinks continue in the Bundy trial, with the judge declaring a mistrial in the case on Wednesday.
A federal judge on Wednesday declared a mistrial in the criminal case of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who led a 2014 armed standoff with U.S. government agents in a range-land dispute, and set a new trial date of Feb. 26, 2018.
Bundy, two of his sons and another man had been charged with 15 criminal counts stemming from the confrontation, which galvanized right-wing militia groups challenging federal authority over vast tracts of public lands in the American West.
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro told federal prosecutors that they had willfully violated evidence rules and failed to turn over pertinent documents to the defense.
Navarro had warned prosecutors last week that she might declare a mistrial.

Judge Gloria Navarro said the evidence was largely favorable to the defendants, and the fact that prosecutors withheld it "undermined the confidence of the outcome of the trial," according to the Review-Journal.

New developments in the Bundy case on Friday: AG Jeff Sessions ordered a DOJ investigation of the prosecutors in the Bundy case.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has opened a probe into federal prosecutors of the recent trial of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, E&E News reports.
Bundy faced criminal charges related to a 2014 standoff with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) agents. After the prosecutions numerous missteps and “willful” withholding of evidence that would aid the Bundy’s defense, the judge ruled a mistrial Wednesday, The Oregonian reports.
The DOJ did not say whether it would pursue another trial against Cliven Bundy and others involved in the 2014 standoff, according to E&E News.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions “personally directed that an expert in the department’s discovery obligations be deployed to examine the case and advise as to next steps,” DOJ deputy director of public affairs Ian Prior told The Oregonian.
“This is every prosecutor’s nightmare,” retired federal prosecutor Kent Robinson said.

It turns out that the Feds had "Kill Lists" like the Iraq card decks. They were to be killed even if they surrendered. Yet, no Official has yet faced Justice for their Premeditated Murders.
I remember the Levoy cellphone footage that the girl inside the SUV took. The Feds and Staties unloaded full auto when they showed their hands as ordered. No question about the Legality of THAT! Pure Cold-blooded MURDER!

The Feds attempted to bring the Bundys to trial again over the 2014 Nevada standoff, after the previous trial was dismissed by Federal DIstrict judge Navarro due to Prosecutors deliberately suppressing evidence which favored the Bundys.
In the new attempt against the Bundys, on Monday...
A federal judge on Monday dismissed the charges against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his two sons and a militia member for their role in a 2014 standoff with federal officers.
Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed the charges against the men “with prejudice,” meaning they can't be put on trial again, The Arizona Republic reported. She said the conduct of prosecutors in the case had been "outrageous" and violated due process rights.
Navarro also ordered Bundy be released from prison.
It's over due to overt malfeasance by the Feds--thanks Judge Navarro for standing for justice.
