New Jersey gun clubs sue to overturn carry restrictions

It's noteworthy that the various gun clubs in New Jersey have banded together to challenge in court the overly restrictive NJ laws preventing concealed carry (or open) by average people, not part of the "special ones".

Sometimes a legislative solution is the route to go; and sometimes the best way is through the courts. In the case of New Jersey where the legislature and Guv are firmly in the hand of Democrat anti-gun forces, then a lawsuit through the courts is the only remedy left.

I applaud their dogged efforts, while some would conclude that it is like Don Quixote tilting at the windmills of La Mancha.

Note: The NRA/ILA has joined with them and are at least partially funding the lawsuit (same as in CA where they joined the local pro-gun groups to sue the State, so the NRA hasn't given up on those States behind enemy lines).
You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time...and those are pretty good odds.
