Reading this on March 20th was so disheartening. Has the ATF technical staff
nothing better to do than make a piece of rubber a silencer part?
If and when HPA passes this third order piece of minutia would be
rendered moot.
Are they now going to next declare Trojan Enz 'a silencer part' if you place one
over the end of a barrel as was standard to protect one's piece
so long ago in those damp God-Forsaken parts of this planet ?
This is one case when the adage is "Busy hands are the devil's workshop".
Please, Prez, not just drain the swamp but pour some Clorox
into the DC Cloaca Maxima.
Can still hear the sweet neighborly Southie Gaelic grandmothers invoke
out of desperation "Jesus, Mary and Joseph".

When seconds count, the police are mere minutes away...
You are the FIRST responder. Police, fire and medical are SECOND responders.

TRIMIX,
I did intend "..Busy ..." not "Idle"
when it comes to bureaucracies. Those who
have spent careers dealing within them understand.
In States where the legislators meet infrequently fewer
inane statutes are passed. Full time folks find mischief
to justify their survival.
Admire your call sign.
Best.
