I only caught the tail end of this story on the news. Anyone hear the whole story?

My wife mentioned something to me about this.

I figure, they could ring it up as cotton candy or snowflake repellant or something.

Lefty's will be sure to jump in on this, then the SHTF and they'll try to buy a gun and won't be able to. That would be ironic and funny at the same time.

My suggestion, put your money somewhere else.

Are you talking about the Intuit controversy in the last 2 days? Intuit as a credit card processor reversed a bunch of card purchases for guns (or other items from gun seller websites).

However, Intuit came out on Tuesday and explained their policy.

Intuit explained their policy as only allowing in-person purchase of guns with a credit card (they are cutting off processing of internet sales of guns). They will process gun sales in person at gun stores.

yesterday...Wells Fargo clarified that they allow all gun purchases with their credit cards, but they are disallowing all bitcoin purchases with their cards.
