Hey guys, sorry I’m sure this has been asked a 1000 times, but I want to make sure I am getting up to date and relevant information. My attn that drafted my trust, became a judge and no longer handles his firm, so I’m not sure who to reach out to.
I have a revocable trust that is located in OH, all that is registered to it is three cans, nothing else. I am moving into PA next month because of a job change and want to make sure I get all the proper paperwork done. What all do should I do before?
Move from OH to PA
Re: Move from OH to PA
An attorney in OH familiar with trusts should be able to determine whether your PA trust would still be valid in OH.
If I remember what my NV attorney said, all new NFA items are best placed under a new trust in your new state of residence.
