Situation: At 6pm in Chattanooga TN last week, a man left his car running in the parking lot of a busy QuikMart and gas station, while he entered the store for a purchase. A female drug addict hanging out nearby noticed the opportunity and jumped in the car and began driving off. The man ran out of the store and began shooting at his departing car. Good shoot or not?(this could happen to any of us, so it is a necessary discussion)
