If you get a DWI/OUI can you still get a silencer

The title says it all. I was wondering If that is big enough crime to get denied for. :?:

Felony DUI. I'd assume no.

Misdemeanor DUI, sure..............

Depends on how it goes down at trial. Some DUI/DWI's get plead down to reckless driving, and you'd be ok.

s--t, in 2000 I got hit for fleeing to elude (long story, was going between 140-155 and didnt realise the cop decided to chase), took a few years to clear up but the ATF's been sending me stamps after I send em love letters.

140-155??:shock: Gawd! What were you in, a jet on the autobahn? question 14a asks if you could have been imprisoned for more than one year for the offense even if the judge decided not to . So I guess if can answer 'no' then you should be ok.

Based on the spelling of 'realise', I believe that was in KPH, not MPH.
