OSHA goes after indoor range

If noise is such an issue, OSHA should go after the legislation that keeps people from using effective noise-mitigation techniques, if you get my drift.

Do porn stars get fined by OSHA for going A2M or A2V?
That seems much more dangerous than picking up a cartridge from the ground without wearing a glove.
