Second Pending Date?.....................UPDATE.............

Icalled today to check on my 2 form 4s I have in the works. A .22 Prodigy that went pending on 3/14, and a TiRant .45that went pending 3/20. No change on the Prodigy, but I was told that the TiRant had a second pending date of 7/20. Looking at other threads it sounds like this might be a good thing, but I wonder why the second one sounds like its going through first?

If its about to come back....Happy Birthday to me!!

BTW...Pickles is my examiner.

All kinds of goofy things going on lately. I have had a can disappear after getting a pending date and had a pending date of July 5 change to July 24.

I called last Tuesday and was told the same thing. That I had reached my second pending date. The lady told me it ment my form 4 was out of a box and on the examiners desk and that I would know something within 30 days from the second pending date. So that translates into mid August for me

Two of my four stamps have had second pending dates. Used to be when you made a correction they got it back and signed it right off. Now it goes back to pending and it has been taking an average of three weeks for stamps to be approved once they go pending again.

I asked about the second date, and was told that it meant that the RA (research assistant) was through checking my forms for any errors and they were onto Mr. Pickles desk for approval.
I just found it to be kind of odd that my second of 2 forms was the first to make it there.

The order is dependent on when it was cashed and proofed by the bank and what box it was put in.

The furthest off kilter I have seen was 6 weeks difference.

I called a few minutes ago because I wasn't exactly sure of that second pending date. Turns out second pending was actually yesterday 7/30! I was also told it should be approved within 30 days.
