Search gone??

I log in using a address to skip the new worked for a long time. Today it says " YOU are not allowed to use the search function" and the search button is gone?? HELP...
"If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. That's ridiculous. If I have a gun, what in the hell do I have to be paranoid about?"
