I managed to use imageshack. But I still can only post a link. How can u embed an image so it shows up in the post?

Put the link to the image itself in the text entry window - the link should end in, for example, the .jpg suffix. Highlight that link. Then tap the little button above the text input box labelled 'Img' which should auto-magically put IMG and /IMG around the link but with [ and ] around each of those. Or you could type those in manually. They're called PHPBB IMG tags, the forum equivalent of the HTML standard which uses < and > instead.
