Tirant 45s on a Glock 27 40cal - will it function?

I posted this in the Glock section, but upon recommendation of a forum user I am posting my question here. I am an FFL & SOT dealer in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have a client asking for something very specific, and I was wondering if anyone on here has successfully run this host/silencer combination.

He wants to run a Ti-Rant 45s compact silencer on his Glock 27 40S&W. I can get him a threaded barrel from lone wolf on back order, and i can order him the 45s and the appropriate "piston" so that it can attach successfully to the 40 cal baby glock.

but will it function reliably?? I would hate to get him all set up and have the gun hiccup. So if anyone has experience with this combo I would appreciate any feedback. I talked to Bryon Gaston over at M3 LTD and he wasn't sure on this exact setup and he said that sometimes the sub compact handguns don't act as the best hosts. Anyhow, your help is appreciated folks, thanks!

One of local cops has same setup . Never heard him complain about it and he bitches about everything.

Barrel fitment is key here.

Make sure the threaded barrel drops in tight... but not 2 tight.

I backordered a barrel from lone wolf. I'm sure my customer will want one that isn't stainless steel colored, which eliminates some makers. Any reason not to be comfortable with the lone wolf, in your opinion?

I haven't had any issues with LoneWolf.

There are good to go in my book.
