I would like to introduce myself. My name is Nick, I am one of the new guys here at AAC in the customer service department. I will be looking at this section of the forum periodically to answer questions.

The Tirant 3 lug adapter is going to be shipping very soon. I don't know of an exact number of days, but the sooner the better, as you would probably agree.

Jason, no talking.

But two weeks is a good answer. I'll go with that.

Nothing against you Nick, but I hope that I never need to speak to you.
Your company sells an excellent product that I'm sure keeps your phone and email very quiet.

I'll be purchasing a Evo 9 at the beginning of September... 8)

Hi Nick.
Thanks for posting and checking things out here.
I have 2 AAC cans at this time and my LGS has been waiting on the new 556SD for me ( almost two months).

I appreciate the comments, thank you for being customers. I look forward to getting to know the members here, I probably won't be able to check on the other sections of the forum much, but this section I will make a point to check and answer questions the best I can. By the way, a lot of stuff is out of stock on the website right now, most of the stuff will be back in stock early next week. Don't worry.

In all seriousness, I know Nick and he's a great guy. Knows his stuff and is a very active shooter. He's a positive addition to AAC and hopefully he can provide some of the direct contact here in the forum that has been lacking for years.

He doesn't have hair as luxurious as Mers, or Brent's manly beard, but he is taller than Hollister.

You should definitely be the guy to tell us this. We need real answers, and appreciate them.

Sucks, but thanks.

None of the MINI7 prototypes I shot sounded very good.

Damn it. I've been waiting since Shot Show 20XX for it to happen....oh well.

I second the "real" answers. Better to have real expectations than urban myths.

Great timing. :D
I just sent AAC sales an email in regard to O rings for my EVO-40, piston and rear cap.
I am in need of both. I have been to the McMaster Carr web site however, I don't really need packs of 25 O rings.
Does AAC still have these in stock?

Thanks.

Ditto. I'll third it. I'd also much rather hear answers I don't want--- when compared to wasting time waiting for things that aren't going to actually happen.

Thanks Nick. We much appreciate real info!

As far as the O-rings, I got your email, and I responded, I need to talk my coworker and have him see if we have that size still, I know we have them for the piston. But from what I hear we have been trying to get O-rings for sale for years. I can't even sell them to someone because they have no part number in the system. Hopefully we can get them on the website soon, besides that, we are trying to get a large amount of them up front so we can mail one out to people who need them. But as of now, they are locked in the back and I have to get someone to go get me the right size and whatnot.

The best/easiest thing to do is go to a parts store and ask them if they have one. Hopefully we can get an assortment here up front so I can start mailing them.

And I appreciate the kind words about real answers. Speaking of: the 9" uppers are not discontinued, however they are out of stock and will be for a while. I don't know a time frame, but if you need one, look at local dealers if you want it soon. The 9 Inch 300BLK pistols are not going to be produced anymore, they were a special run for a distributor, and unless they re-order, there will be no more. I'm full of good news aren't I?

I did receive your email and appreciate you responding in a timely manner.
I will begin my search locally in a couple of days.
