Is it safe to fire 300 Blackout subsonic through Evolution

Post by eseaton »

Is it possible to safely fire 300 Blackout subsonic rounds through Evolution 9mm can?

Thanks for the input and info.

Okay on the fixed spacer.
My concerns are related to pressures. Can the Evolution handle the 300 Blackout subsonic loads?

Subs are technically fine, but if you get a super accidentally in there, it could ruin the can.

The pressure of subs is not an issue. But subs have 2x as much powder as 9mm, so if you do mag dumps, the can will get very hot, which may effect metallurgy.
