Sent my m4-2000 in to have the latch replaced. It wasn't totally worn down but I was tring to be proactive and get it replaced before it was.
They received my can last Friday. Fast forward to today and my can is sitting on my kitchen counter when I arrived home with a new latch and looking brand new.
Just wanted to say thanks for the great service. I was impressed by how fast it was returned to me. I was a little worried sending it in after the transition you guys have went thru.
