The 51T ratchet teeth on my 762-SDN-6 got too worn and the can would not lock up tight. I sent AAC an email. They immediately arranged prepaid shipping and I sent it back.

Today it came back to me. The ratchet is new and it locks up better than it ever has. And, it looks like they re-cerakoted it; the scratches and scuffs are gone and it looks brand new.

Since I recently got my AAC Illusion 9 suppressor, this is good to hear. I hope I never need them but its comforting to know their CS is good to deal with.
