 I'd be more impressed if they hadn't used 45 Auto as their display box of subsonic ammo haha.

Major Malfunction said MSRP is $1800. Which is alot more than I was hoping.

Also the are going to military contracts first and civilians at a later date.

MSRP is $1800. Think of it as a "baby TiTAN-QD". It has titanium monocore and a titanium tube.

Cal: 7.62mm, 300WM
Weight: 13.9 oz
Length: 9.5"
Diam: 1.5"
Materials: Grades 5 & 9 Ti, 17-4SS
Mount: Ratchet mount
Sound (host dependent): 33 dB

I don't think the MSRP on this can is really that surprising. Titanium tube AND core. Rated for 300WM as well as .30, I'm kind of surprised it's not more actually. I can only imagine that core and materials eats up machine time like none other. It's definitely sexy!

Considering that the Titan-QD MSRP is going up to $3500 this year, $1800 MSRP for the 300-SD is a STEAL!

How much later? AAC, please provide us (your loyal customer base) with an estimate for delivery (and we will all multiply your estimate by 2  ).

Oh, you cynical bastard! ;)

Robert is working to develop the loads for the ammo. We are looking to customize the ammo specifically for suppressed shooting.

Do you know the price point yet on the ammo (obviously depending on caliber), not exact but just curious if the ammo will be reasonably priced? I like the idea and am looking forward to it coming out.. Thanks AAC..
