How long to get a response?

Just bought my first suppressor, which is a cyclone. My first shot resulted in an end cap strike. I am just wondering how long does it normally take for AAC to get back with you. I talked with AAC by email last sunday and haven't heard back. I know they are a big company and I was expecting a wait, just didn't know if a week is normal. I have heard the customer service is top notch. After the 6 month wait to get it, I would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible so I can finally enjoy this thing. Any help or pointers would be appreciated.

Man that is a bummer I would send Mike Mers a pm on here. He has helped me the only time I needed it.

An inevitable question: What platform were you using as a host, what ammo, and who threaded the barrel? They'll probably want to know these things to help diagnose the problem.

Where did your email conversation end up?

I would ASSume you'd need to send us the gun/barrel and the can for diagnosis/repair...

Just got an email from John this morning with an RMA number. It will be in the mail this week. Thanks for the info. and the help.
