Black out permanently attached?

I have a 14.5" barrel I would like to get an aac 51 tooth black out permanently attached on to.

Is it still okay to mount and use an m4-2000 on a permanently attached mount? Want to make sure it's gtg before I move forward with the project.

Shouldn't be any issues as long as it is done properly. I had LWRC pin two on my M6A3s - no issues running the M4-2000s.
