Serial #s on Ti-rants

Post by jnitti1014 »

Is there a way to tell if your Tirant is one of the take apart models by using the serial#?

I'm sure AAC knows which ones are which, but wouldn't the take apart can come with take-apart-specific directions? I see these in another thread. Mine was not take apart (but it is now!) so it did not come with this set of directions:

Some takeapart cans shipped before the manuals were printed AFAIK... generally, if it shipped from AAC to your dealer on or after Feb 1 2011, it should be takeapart.

I received mine with the old directions but as Jason said mine was shipped after Feb 1 and it was thankfully take apart.

Yes, if I actually had my form 4 approved and silencer in hand I'd probably know, but as of now I only have my serial#.
