If you mean for the flash hider, then yes, they are making one. I have no idea of time or cost.

One that fits the wrench flats at the back of the flash hider :)

7/8" wrench

I use a big adjustable wrench. If that's too thick because of the rail system, you can use a crows foot and a breaker bar or a properly sized wrench of any kind.

They are not cheap, but they should show up as in-stock very soon:

Is that thing cast?

Are they really that hard to get off? I have to remove the Blackout off my 300BLK upper, and I was just going to use an adjustable. Jason, do you know if a reviever block will be good enough of a hold to twist that off?

Jk

They can be tricky sometimes, but there is little clearance with the new rail. Some folks have ground their wrenches thinner.

Whatever works.

How long was your wrench?
How are you securing the pper? Upper receiver vise block?
A little leverage goes a long way.

The only thing I would do is try more leverage, but carefully.
Heat won't do anything (Rocksett handles heat up to 1200 degrees)
It is water soluble, but the water has to penetrate the threads and get to the rocksett, which is tough.
It's really not that tough of a bond when it's not painted on. Sounds like you have a serious layer of it in there.

When you say vice block, are you clamping down on the barrel? If so is it rotating as you use the wrench? If so you need to clamp it down better.

Also more leverage/torque from a longer wrench will help. Also sounds like you have to put more muscle into it. Hopefully it won't damage the flash hider.

I would give your wrench a quit tap with a hammer. Might help to jolt it loose if your getting movement in your vice.
