762sd on a mosin nagant 91/30

Will a 762sd be safe on a mosin nagant? The bullets for MN are .311, would it be safe to shoot through a 51t 762sd on an 18" MN barrel?

I've got a junk $80 mosin I've thought about messing around with . . . how well is 54r silenced and who did your barrel threading?

The Mosins sound great suppressed, I would love to load some subs, but I can't find cheap brass any where.
