Warlock to Warlock II upgrade

Post by QuIet Noob »

Any idea on the lead time? I just registered mine over the weekend. More curious than anything. I like the way they are going to notify you when to send it in for the upgrade so you can continue to enjoy the Warlock while waiting.

Has there been any forward movement on this yet?

We just started taking them in. You'll be notified once we're ready to process yours.

Mine took 7 days door to door, so the wait is nothing compared to the BATF.

Mine just came home today! Eight days door to door just because I was cheap and didn't send it overnight to them. I am so glad I went with these SWR/Silencerco for my cans. You just can't beat the quality and service. The fit on this thing is amazing.

Thanks!

How long are does it take from the time I fill out the form on the website requesting the upgrade till I get the notification to ship it in? Was just curious. Thanks.

We are processing the upgrades in small batches to help keep things going smoothly. We currently have quite a few cans in our que, it will be a little while if you registered for the upgrade recently. If you have any questions or concerns you can always contact us directly. We really appreciate your patience and we will get in touch with you as soon as we are ready to process your can.

I sent my request in on 11/3/2102. Any idea on how much more of a wait I might be looking at? Thanks.

Maybe you should try calling them...

I have a warlock with the QD (and would prefer threaded). Is that part of the upgrade or will I need to request something special with that?

I hope the upgrade will just take care of it :)

I signed up for the upgrade and it took about 4-5 months to get the email saying the parts were ready. I sent it in and they turned it around same day. As usual with SWR, the workmanship is superb.

Be patient guys, they will contact you when the have the parts ready, it's well worth the wait.

Got the notification last year, sent mines in...came back in two weeks or less.

Spectacular performance and work.

Well worth the upgrade.

If the upgrade is performed it will be converted to direct thread.
