One of my wholesalers has some 37mm gums for sale and I am wondering where I can pick up some ammo for them.
Thanks.

If it is anything besides flares then nthe gun must be registered as a DD prior to using said ammo.

Re: 37mm ammo
Sorry, I'm running on 4 hours of sleep today. As far as ammo, I'm looking for what ever, I don't have a problem paying for a stamp.

Re: 37mm ammo
37mm grenades are usually only flares or smoke. Like Bendersquint mentioned you would need to register the launcher as a DD to use anything else. There are other rounds available for 40mm launchers like chalk and beehives. I don't think it's very easy to get much else.

Re: 37mm ammo
I know that my customer won't have any problem registering it as a dd. Just looking for the best price on ammo for him and looking for all the ammo options for him.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Your customer needs to find the projectiles, you providing rounds for a DD could be construed as a little too close as acting as a DD dealer by the ATF.run2trouble wrote:I know that my customer won't have any problem registering it as a dd. Show him google.
Dealing in DD is an entirely different animal than 01/07 work.
Re: 37mm ammo
I saw a disturbing thing yesterday on cheaper than dirt. They were 26.5 adapters to run .22lr and 12gauge in a flare gun. It did have some sort of legal statement but you no one is going to do the proper steps with there 30$ flare gun. The heavy H&K flare gun might take a 12 gauge blast.
Specialty ammo you can get reloading shells for 37mm but you really have to be careful what you buy as not to step over the DD line.

Re: 37mm ammo
If your customer is thinking of registering as a DD, I highly recommend going 40mm... I have a few 37mm launchers, they're fun and all, but are nowhere near as cool as the real thing.
Also, 40mm launchers will shoot any 37mm ammo you have.
