The point was to have a cartridge in 22lr not a sub caliber.

Must have missed something. Time to reread - CBEE long rifle ( lr ) is not a sub caliber in my gun.

My bad I think I was thinking that CBees were like 22Shorts or something. Don't think I realized at the time that CBee's were subsoni 22lr.

I recognize the box, I shot some in one of my 77/22's and couldn't get a good group so I went back to the CCI SV and never looked back, subsonic and accurate as can be.

For absolute silent shooting in a pistol I use colibri 20 grain 300-325 fps(not in rifles) I use super colibri 20 grain 500-525 fps. And when I want quiet that reliably cycles my 10/22 then it's rem ceebee 33 grains about 740 fps. I haven't tried the new CCi rounds it they sound perfect. Standard case 40 grain bullet 710 fps!

I have some of the new CCI Quiets on backorder, will report when we get them. Not going to hold my breath though since at that speed it could be pretty difficult to achieve consistent accuracy and will stick at that point to the CCI MM or SV's.

fiiochi subs wont cycle my mk2 or 10/22. once in a while I'll ge t a couple to run. mostly stovepipe and such. they sound nice out of a bolt gun though.
