PNW ammo

I have been looking for 45 cal subsonic ammo. From what I have read it seems anything at 230gr is below 900 fps so it should be good. I was curious if there were any recommendations. Can't reload, I am in Afghanistan for a little while longer. And has anyone tried PNW ammo. I can't find much info on it except that it always states it's optimized for the KRISS. Thanks

Their subsonic 220 grain 300 AAC Blackout is top-notch stuff. Haven't tried anything else.

All standard 230 grain 45 ammo is subsonic.
