mark 23 suppressor uspt piston

I have a mark 23 and knights can I am contemplating a hk45c I see pistons are available for the 16x1 lh threads any problem changing the piston on my can
as it was made in the 1990 ad is label model ohg

The USP-T piston is for the Full sized USP pistols. For an HK45C, you'd want the rare unavailable KAC USPCT suppressor piston which is made for the compact USP's.
