Very odd.

What specifically does not line up?

the holes closest towards the trigger, not the magwell do not exactly line up causing the roll pin that holds the trigger guard in place to not go back in place.

Put the roll pin in first . Then line up the spring loaded pin.

i tried that too but the trigger guard wont fold upwards to fully install to put the spring loaded pin in place. there is either too much material on the trigger guard, or too much on the lower. what do you guys think?

I have seen this with one lower we've put one on as well. It was also a Noveske Lower. The lower we were working on came as a stipped lower.

Looking at the ejection port side of the gun, the lowest right hand corner of the trigger guard housing was slightly too long. I was able to get it on by filing the corresponding edges of the trigger guard a little. It didnt take much and aluminum black covered up what I filed.

Other than this single stripped Noveske lower, all the trigger guards we have installed have fit without any problems at all.

Were these Noveske Lowers factory seconds?

Noveske made them available when things were really bad logistically several month ago, I wonder if dealers didn't pass on the fact that they were selling factory seconds?

These were not sold to us as factory seconds, for the price we had to pay for them, I would be mega super pissed if they were. We had to PAY more for these than we can sell most other lowers for. I was informed that a "2" was stamped into the factory second lowers. None of the ones we have are marked with the "2."

IF you like, I'll work a trigger guard and send it to you. I'll ship it out as soon as I get your trigger guard.

Neil, where are the seconds marked with the "2" serial or somewhere on the lower?

On the shelf inside the lower is the info I have. They were sold as Blem lowers to dealers, I did not buy any of these but I know they were selling for retail somewhere around $200.

I've had a similar problem with a Magpul Enhanced trigger guard.. but tried installing it different ways and finally got it to fit in after some heavy pounding. The roll pin probably compressed it self a little more than normal.
