Let's see how close I am on this before a KAC rep sets me straight:

Rifle length SR25 URX:

Old: The front sight is adjust from underneath with an allen wrench, similiar to the Mk11 Mod 0 folding sight. Front sight does not
lock open.

New: The newer versions have a thumb wheel adjustable front sight - not sure if the sight locks in the open position or not.

Carbine Length SR25 URX:

Old: First version had no intergral front sight.

New: Front sight is adjusted via thumbwheel.

I don't know if the bbl nuts changed or not, all indicatons are the bbl nuts have remained the same between the versions. Hope this helps.

SR-25 URX Rifle Length

I have never seen any rifle length that do not have the integral front sight -- not to say we never made any, for as soon as I tell someone that, we seem to find a box of something hidden undeer 14 other projects with those parts...

XM110 URX (SR-25 EM Rifle, XM100, Mk11 Mod1, early Mk11 Mod2)
1/2" Nut adjustable - requires Hex Nut from underneath.

M110 URX (Originally in Taupe Anodize only, now in Black too for the SR-25 EM Carbine, and soon the EM Rifle will have these too, all M110's and all current Mk11 Mod2)
- push button thumb wheel like the SR-15

The Push Button was part of the M110 ECP's that the Army requested on the XM-110's

Somewhere there are likley hybrids with 1/2" nut and thumbwheel or push button and hex adjustment - however none where shipped on customer guns.
