Yes, these suppressors are for the HK MP5SD barrels or similar barrels as occasionally made for the M16/9mm.

I think he has a few left over. Here is a review of mine:

OK. Well I finally got around to shooting it this weekend. I used WWB 9mm/115 and there was definitely some port blowback. Not super bad, but I could feel my cheek getting pelted a little (I am lefty). Seemed to be worse for the first few shots and then subsided. BBL porting worked fine, as all round were subsonic.

As for sound, it seemed quiet but I thought it should be quieter. Maybe I have too high expectations. Next time I will bring out the MK-9K and do shot for shot comparison. Not 100% apples to apples as the MK-9K will be 147 grain. I also used it with a Factory HK silencer, and sound seemed similar but I could not do alternating shots as I only had one host and it took a few seconds to unload, unscrew, and then screw in the other suppressor. However, I shoot in my backyard and folks at the house reported they heard nothing from about 100 yards away, which is to be expected, given prior experience with other 9mm hosts/silencers. I will also try with 124 grain next time.

As you can see from pix, KAC is a ~1.375 diameter while HK is ~1.5.

The really good news though is the Special Weapons / Black Market parts worked 100% over 500 rounds. I used both HK & KAC silencers, and both curved and straight HK mags. Singles, bursts, mag dumps, no problem.

I would b VERY interested n comparison between MK9K as that is my go to sub gun suppressor.. I shoot it on my PDW,UZI and colt smg.. Just still tryin to decide on what to do for my BMP SD barelled receiver- Form 1, or buy a can.. My bud has a CNC lathe.. But not alot of time so it could span a great while.
