EMC vs ECC
EMC vs ECC
EMC vs ECC, which would you choose and why? What advantages does one have over the other? Is either more desirable?

Re: EMC vs ECC
IIRC, the biggest difference between the ECC and the latest EMC is the rail, FH and the bius. I would guess the ECC would be more "desirable" since its like the latest model of a car so to speak. From a functionality stand point they have the same barrel, so performance should be identical. I think it all comes down to preference for the rail, and I like the 3.1 over the URX-2, so much so I had it installed on my EMC.

Re: EMC vs ECC
The ECC as Steve said, is the current gun.
Nothing wrong with the EMC - its the same basic system. The ECC Flash Hider is much more effective and the rail is (IMHO) way better.
The MSRP different should only be $125 ish - but we are not making EMC's anymore -- I think we have a few in stock.
Its one of those 6 of One, Half Dozen of Another things.
In 5 min you can make a ECC and EMC and vice versa...

Re: EMC vs ECC
post tensioned summed it up.
I think another quality to consider is what type of suppressor do you plan to mate. The EMC gives you the options of the KAC EMC "over the barrel QD" or a "direct connect FH" suppressor . If your going with the ECC, you are limited to the "direct connect" style only.
That new ECC 3.1 rail is sexy, my vote is motivated aesthetically towards the ECC.

Re: EMC vs ECC
We are not making the over the barrel suppressor for the EMC anymore.
So that limits things
