Special run upper parts

I am looking for a parts kit for my special run upper receiver. I have seen some of the guys on here with the laser etched shield logo on the inside of the dust cover. Not sure if that was part of one of the many special runs. If one of these parts kits are not available can someone please suggest a good alternative.

Neil at The Gun Gallery had the KAC crest engravings done. You'd have to contact him to see if he has any more.

Besides the door the uppers are complete. There really is no "kit".

My upper does not have a forward assist or ejection port cover.

Hmm. Maybe they didn't come with them and I just installed one when I got mine.

You can get colt parts from Brownells.

That is correct that it doesn't come with the dust cover, and forward assist assembly.

I purchased mine from Neil at the Gun Gallery when I picked up my laser etched KAC dust cover. I don't think Neil has any more of those considering that was a long time ago.. Also he wasn't offering it to anyone except for the original owners of the KAC special. I wanted another one for my other KAC upper, but couldn't get another.
