Suppressor latest wait time

Hi Guys,

I have two suppressor in the Jail via Silencershop E-file kiosk. It was filed last January and still in jail. So is it normal to be waiting for 10 months going to 11 months.

I called ATF and the lady said the wait is between 7-8 months and she said my twin suppressor will SOON be released. So far I'm still waiting.

Is there another ATF number I can call to inquire what seems to be the problem?

BTW this is my 8th suppressor purchase not my first one.
