F1 .50 can

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

the can is huge , like 16" lonmg and 2.5" OD yet only weighs 5lbs ,or so it was stated in the artical as was that the majority of its make up was titanium and thats the reason for its light weight and near $3000 price tag.
That article did not say the Cyclops was made from Ti. You are thinking of the 338 TiTAN. The Cyclops is 15.75x2.5. It is light because it uses steel with a high strength-to-weight ratio.

Now I'm pissed that you averted an arguement. We could have had a candidate for Aprils Douchenozzle of the month.

Your right Mr. silvers , I went back and re read the article and relized that i had gotten the two confused , that happens when you try to read one atricle in 3 min sesions for a few days.

that is very impressive weight for not using any light weight super alloys.

Yeah sorry about that, but I can't stand the internet arguing... can't we all just get along. And it turns out I was wrong and he was asking about the Cyclops.

He never disclosed the contents of the baffle stack. Least not that I've ever found.

I REALLY want to see it, but I'll respect his decision not to show us.
