I don't have a good timeline on 762-SD's. Let me check on this and I will post here with an update.

Please do.
According to BATFE, you have an approved FORM-3 to me, dated 2-19-2009

And when I called on 6-4-2009, I was told it was "IN PROCESS"?

Good news!

We have a very large batch of 762-SD silencers that are almost ready to ship. The shipping department should start shipping them mid next week.

I will update this thread when I see them shipping.

Why the delay in shipping? A manufacturer should be able to ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of NFA approval.

You're new, look around and you'll find threads on this topic. It is not uncommon for AAC to ship many months after the Form 3 clears. The cans are not built, but they have the serial numbers for the form 3.

UPDATE:

All the 762-SD's that could ship have shipped to dealers.

We have more in the works. I spoke with production and it looks like they will not ship for another 4-5 weeks.

Stay tuned

Just to keep you honest; my customers CAN didn't actually ship until the 13th, not the 5th.

I'd like to know when the next batch is coming out with my BFL can in it. As well as my Cyclone that I ordered in February.
