Looking for a Navy style threaded 3 lug adapter

I looked at your site as well as TROS and Tornado, HK Parts.net etc Everyone has the standard 3 lug adapters but I would like a "Navy" style 3 lug adapter that has external 1/2x28 threads not 1/2x36. This way a 1/2x28 threaded can as well as a can with the tri lock can be used.
Is this something that you can do?

I have the Gemtech three lug mount in 1/2X36 and M60 Joe s in the same thread. You might try to give M60Joe a call,He's the best. M60Joe.com
The Gemtech MK9K is the only supressor I use nowadays
