300-SD Question

Post by BriggsRi »

Are there any videos of the 300-SD in action?

How does it sound?

How about some pictures!

As soon as we get ours in I will let you know and see (video)! We have a 300WM waiting to mount it on.

I just want to know if they are going to be fully available for non-military purchase?

As far as sound reduction, how does the 300-SD compare to full size Cyclone?

The full size CYCLONE is about 2-4dB quieter than the 300-SD.

They are the same size, but the 300-SD is 8.5 oz lighter.

Also, the CYCLONE is thread-on and the 300-SD mounts to 90-Tooth muzzle brakes.

Not true,

The 300-SD is the quieter silencer. Well, given the same host rifle. Now if you compare (like the Catalog does) 300 Win Mag through a 300-SD to 308 through a Cyclone then the Cyclone is quieter but that is really not a fair fight.

Sorry Jason :D
