2011 Silencer Shoot Attendance Thread

I started last year's attendance thread, so I guess it's only fitting I start one for this year. Who all's going to the AAC Silencer Shoot this year?

This year's donations support the PPB Project (PleuroPulmonary Blastoma - http://www.ppbregistry.org).

There's gonna be a 3 Gun Competition, entertainment, food, demos, raffles, auctions, night shoot, vendors, etc.

there needs to be 2 diff raffles!

one for people in attendance and one for people not there. something like 8 of 10 guns that were won were by people not there. that sucks for the peeps that made it out there and stood around the whole time during the raffling.

I'm sure the venue is cool, but I can't see heading out of state and spending the night somewhere.

I'm sure that puts me in the not-committed-enough category.

I'm going to try and go..What exactly would be the best way to fill out my 5320.20 form? as far as the time frame and reason for taking them across state lines..I gathered its best to do a year at a time since thats the limit but then what about the destination address? There are a couple states I wanted to go to..I have to get this done anway so even if this shoot is cans only I need to get this done.

It's in Crawfordsville Arkansas. 10-15 mins across the river from Memphis, TN.

Jason, you seem like the most responsive guy there, can I just email or pm you with some questions about being a vendor and giving some stuff away? Im thinking about donating a ferrarri right now, but we may even bump it up and give away a BLK or something crazy!

Thanks for the compliment, yes I try to be responsive. I'm always online doing updates etc, so I can check the forum more often then the sales guys.

any response on my question/ statement? there needs to be a raffle for people at the shoot and one separately for people that are not there.

maybe better prizes for the people that are there? or an attendance only raffle?

i agree it sucks to sit there and watch all the prizes go to people that aren't there...
I am not sure how we will handle it, but it will be a consideration.
