Got some good news last time we had some customers' forms show up. With Barbara Payne's departure, our examiner is now Santamaria. One guy got two forms back at the same time, one was mailed off two and half months prior, and the second was about 45 days mailbox to mailbox. Sent them off a month apart but got them at the same time.

I just made the first call to check on this Form 1. My last Forms 1/4 took only 3.5-4 months, during Q2, Q3 of 2010.

Instead of getting someone nice and familiar on the phone today, I got some (person) that sounds like she smokes a whole carton of Marlboros every day. She had no status on my Form and then proceeded to tell me that they won't go pending until 60 days after the check has been cashed and then it will be 6 months for approval after that.
