One of the men wore a holstered handgun.
One of the demonstrators shouted at them for bringing a gun to an anti-gun march. "That is how much you disrespect this community!" she shouted twice.
The men told 11Alive News they just happened to be shopping at the store, not knowing that a demonstration would be taking place.
"Getting rid of guns and closing down the store is not going to be the answer to the crime and the situation in this area," said Dave Frommer, the one carrying the pistol. "In fact, more people carrying guns and taking responsibility for their own lives and their own protection is what really helps a neighborhood."
