There's a great disturbance in the force...
It's as if a million rifles cried out, and were suddenly silenced. (but not by adding silencers)

I hear you and agree. I would be happy to pay them wholesale prices and pay for the shipping to boot.

If you know anything about the post-soviet military industrial complex you'd know that these 4 million rifles probably aren't even worth the cost to get the scrap metal from them. You could probably hack off the receiver, jam a round into the chamber, hit it with a hammer, and the thing still wouldn't fire. I'm willing to bet these 4 million are in an even worse state than the article describes.
One of my coworkers is Russian, can barely speak English type of Russian, and she is absolutely amazed that we have grass for landscaping. She spent 45 minutes walking around out in front of the hotel barefoot because it has a grass lawn. Seriously, Russia is a screwed up place, I doubt any of those 4 million rifles could ever be made serviceable.

Imagine civilian legal AKs at Nagant prices. What would that do to the firearms community? To prices of other rifles?
Imagine if full auto AKs were even CHEAPER in Mexico with these hitting the market. Why our own government would have no market for wakled guns.

There are virtually no situations that can not be made an oportunity for a Star Wars reference.Libertarian_Geek wrote:There's a great disturbance in the force...
