Host question

Just bought my first silencer last week, Liberty Mystic. What would be a good gun for a host? I have a spare G19 still hanging in the box. Would that suffice?

Lots of people love the 19 as their host, but since I have huge hands I prefer my Glock 17. Either will be a great host.

Great, thanks man. Sound wise-would they be the same?

I wouldn't think there would be any noticeable difference, but I know the 17 with a good can and subsonic ammo is extremely quiet.

The G17 in 9mm does well with subsonic.
Also VV N320 powder handloads.
