The rifle has a fixed stock, no pistol grip, a non-threaded muzzle, the absence of a bayonet lug and other features that make it range ready for New York.

Hm, I would think that it would sell for less then a standard AR but probably not.

Off topic, but my Mini-14 can pop bottle caps at 100 meters all day long. Thus I've never understood why they are regarded as inaccurate. It's a series 184 SS folding stock.
