Yes, see my post above I sent one in right around the same time and got it back just a few days after whispershot. Turnarounds do appear to be improving.

Awesome! Anyone else? I have a Form 4 i mailed middle of June 2014, so I'm hoping the return times for paper forms are going to keep getting shorter just like the eForms.
