After completing my QD 30 cal can I have some tube left over and I wanna build a open ended piece that attaches to the brake to redirect the blast forward and spare my shooting partner the blast when Im not using the suppressor. I cant imagine this reducing sound in any way as there are no baffles, no endcap, to sealed container but I thought Id ask before I build it if its ok.
Concept is similar to the Ferfrans CQB brake but without all the holes in the outer tube.

Frefrans had to obtain atf classification before they could be made.
Get writing a letter to FTB and go from there.
Cant use frefrans approval as a permission slip as AAC pistons are kosher but YHM pistons are not. What is acceptable for one is not always acceptable for another.
We were denied making a identical clone of another part that was approved for the original company.
