engraving location
I'm going to build an 8" can and only have 3-4" sticking out from under the hand guard. I've read that you can't conceal the engraving. Would this be considered concealment our can I just have it engraved right in the middle?

Re: engraving location
If it is permanently affixed then the engravings would need to be outside tue handguard. If it is removable then anywhere is fine.

Thank you...
Does it make a difference if it is welded on yet can still be seen through a handguard like the seekins bar?

Re: engraving location
Yes there is a difference, under a handguard doesn't qualify as wholly unobstructed.sspbass wrote:Thank you...

Why not just engrave at the end of the can and be done with it?
Re: engraving location
If it's under the handguard I don't care where it ends up rotationally. If it's out in the open I want to make sure it ends up on the bottom of the gun and I have to do a little more planning.Bendersquint wrote:Yes there is a difference, under a handguard doesn't qualify as wholly unobstructed.sspbass wrote:Thank you...
