form 1.... form 4 efile ...

i have been noticing that forms 1s efiled are slowly getting to be as long as form 4s. it is slowly getting there..

They all seem to be taking longer. I have an e-filed form1 at 70 days, and I'm still waiting, as well as a few form4s that are already at 90.

I filed 6 eform 1s end of 2014/very beginning of this year and had all come back in just over a month. Filed another form 1 mid march and it still hasn't come back...over 2 months now.

A quick check of NFA tracker shows ALL form types for ALL filing types for ALL entity types are now hitting around the 90-105 day mark for approvals.

That's good news for the individuals with paper forms, but bad news for trusts with eforms.

yeah i dont mind the 200$, but the wait SUCKS! i wish after your documents were approved it would be a streamline process that took not as long, with the same documents.

I wish that was the case everywhere/with all the inspectors -- I'm still waiting on stamps submitted mid-February, and Silencer Shop is showing stuff coming back is from late January/early February.

You're lucky that you (or your customers) got examiners that are ahead of the pack!

im at 76 days and counting on a form 1 suppressor efiled. what pisses me off is i did everything, paid for it, completed all the forms on March 5th, but they didnt enter it as submitted until March 14th.

I'm no where near having mine back since I just submitted 2 a couple weeks ago, but the wait is killing me already. Discouraging to hear that they are taking longer. A couple of months ago when I saw they were only taking 30 days for an efile form 1 I really got my hopes up. Oh well...
