Utah Supreme Court rules you don't have to take a bullet

The Utah Supremes ruled that employees don't have to take a bullet for their company.

6 Walmart workers were fired for fighting with and taking down a shoplifter that had pulled a gun on them. The court ruled that people have a right to self-defense, so a Walmart company rule that employees must always withdraw(run away) and contact police cannot be a cause to fire the workers when their life is in imminent danger.

Good common sense ruling.
You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time...and those are pretty good odds.
