Trust questions about beneficiary and posession. ?

Post by YugoRPK »

My oldest son is listed as the beneficiary of the trust I have several SBR's on. I want to let him use/keep in his possession one of the guns . As he is the beneficiary he is not a trustee. Is there some way to amend the trust to allow for this? Aside from going to a lawyer that is which wouldnt be cost effective. .

Add him to the list of trustees? Does your trust work like that? Mine does.

He can be a trustee and a beneficiary? Is that possible?
