Customer Service

What has you guys experience been with customer service with Surefire.

Have ever had baffle strikes? Any other issues with their cans?

I have had difficult time gathering info about their 300 Sps, via email. I would like to see what your experience has been like.

I don't recall that surefire has ever been a big topic of discussion around here.

Mostly unique to this forum (in my limited exposure) is the number of members who grind their own cans and many of the rest tend to gravitate toward industry leaders in performance.

There is one thread that says surefire had decent customer service, I wouldn't expect things have changed much other than the normal longer turn around times that come with business growth.
